What's in the KPP survey?

The Knowing the People Planning (KPP) survey is a simple questionnaire designed to help you assess how well your service is providing the ten key features of good service provsion. You can use the KPP survey questions to assess service features, as shown below. The survey can be easily adapted or added to meet local needs and priorities.
