Fepulea'i Margie Apa is currently Deputy Director-General, Sector Capability and Innovation, Ministry of Health. Margie's role is responsible for working proactively with the sector to support implementation, build capability and share innovations that support the Minister's strategic priorities.

 

 Professor David McKie, Management Communication, Waikato Management School, The University of Waikato.
David is a Scot by birth, an Australian by naturalisation, a resident of New Zealand by choice, and a citizen of the world by inclination. After publishing three books, over 20 book chapters and over 40 refereed journal articles, he still tries to balance a sense of justice with a sense of humour. In his other incarnation as a change, leadership, and strategy consultant, he has worked in the private and public sectors in China, Europe, Korea, India, the Middle East, and the US, and with such organisations as Blueprint, Carter Holt Harvey, Fonterra, Intervet, Mauri Ora, New Zealand Police, Sri Lanka Insurance, Waikato Health, Telecom, and Zespri.
