Why should I attend?
The purpose of this day is to support the development of a diverse array of emerging leaders in the mental health and addiction sector and provide the stimulus for emerging leaders to plan how they can contribute in the future. It also aims to expand professional networks to work together to accomplish mental health and addiction sector goals.

The Te Pou Emerging Leaders Sector Day aims to:
- develop the beginnings of a leadership toolkit
- offer guidance on how to keep expanding it; and
- set up a continuing development framework for yourself as a leader.
