Making HoNOS(CA) clinically useful in the MDT (multidisciplinary team)
The following film shows how the HoNOS family of measures can be used within the multidisciplinary team. The film shows a simple way in which the HoNOS family of measures can be integrated into the multidisciplinary team, it does this by providing a practical method of using individual scores within the team discussion to connect with planning and risk assessment.

Using HoNOS(CA) in the MDT (multidisciplinary team): practical realities
The following film shows how the MDT review meeting can practically work with one service user’s HoNOS scores to indicate change over time. The film shows real clinicians (Psychiatrist, Nurse, Team leader, Social Worker) and an actor as the Psychologist, interacting over the HoNOS scores for the service user John Smith (based on an actor used in a previous scenario).
The film gives a good idea of the practical way in which the MDT can use outcome measurement and the way that the team can ensure good inter-rater reliability.
The film is approximately 22 minutes long.
