Using HoNOS in clinical multi-disciplinary team (MDT) meetings
Te Pou has worked with Dr Malcolm Stewart to produce a presentation that discusses HoNOS and HoNOSCA in the context of MDT. The intention of the presentation is ultimately to improve the way they are integrated into clinical work at MDT level.
